Senior Global Talent Development Consultant

 

Work Location: Global Elanco Headquarters – Greenfield, IN – Hybrid Work Environment

 

The Senior Global Talent Development Consultant role is responsible for the design, development, and execution of a broad scope of talent development solutions and deliverables to meet Elanco’s people priorities. This role will develop, deploy, and evaluate talent solutions, which may include pipeline programs (early, mid, senior career), competencies and career pathing, learning and organizational development, coaching, or performance management support.

 

You Will:

  • Act as a project manager for the design and development of a broad scope of talent development solutions to include presenting solution information to key stakeholders to gain buy-in, forming work teams with colleagues from the business, managing timelines, communicating effectively, and ensuring quality of product.
  • Translates high level people strategy and conceptual design into detailed solution design for areas of responsibilities.
  • Designs, develops, and pilots a broad scope of Talent and Organizational Development solutions and programs to meet business needs and HR priorities across the global enterprise.
  • Tailor enterprise development solutions to meet the needs of our global business units to ensure programs will resonate with all cultures and geographies that make up the Elanco enterprise.
  • Consults and collaborates with colleagues across HR, including communities of expertise, people operations, and HR Business Partners from across the business.
  •  Utilize various data collection methodologies to help inform the design, development, and evaluation of development programs.

 

 

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource or related field
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience designing and developing Talent Management programs and solutions for enterprises or specific departments.
  • Demonstrated consulting and facilitation skills for audiences in both individual contributor and people leader roles
  • Demonstrated project management experience including leading project teams to accomplish Talent Management priorities for an organization.
  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to accomplish a shared goal.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, both orally and in leveraging technologies.
  • Experience supporting organizational change for medium to large cultural change efforts.
  • Experience leading organizational design efforts for divisions, departments, or business lines within an organization.
  • Proficient in analyzing and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data to develop Talent Management Programs.
  • Evidence of deep process consultation methodology with proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders, training team members, and HR Business Partners to assess and understand their unique individual and team capability needs to identify best-in-class solutions to strengthen workforce skills, knowledge, and behaviors
  • Working knowledge of a matrix organizational structure.
