Location: Pendleton, IN / 4:1 Hybrid, OK

The Corporate Controller will manage our accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. You will lead a talented team, ensure accuracy and timeliness in our financials, and partner with the CFO to drive process improvements and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly/quarterly/year-end close and deliver accurate financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.
  • Manage audits, cash flow, and all core accounting functions.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis with the CFO.
  • Strengthen internal controls and streamline processes.
  • Mentor and develop the accounting team.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller-level leadership.
  • Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, food, or logistics a plus.
  • Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP system expertise.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.

Physical Abilities

  • Ability to work in a standard office environment, with hybrid flexibility as business needs dictate.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift and carry office items up to 15 pounds (e.g., files, laptop, reports).
  • Visual acuity to review detailed financial documents, spreadsheets, and data on screens.
  • Clear verbal communication and active listening in team meetings, presentations, and cross-functional discussions.
  • Occasional travel to company sites or off-site meetings, as required.
