We’re looking for a bright-eyed User Experience Designer to join our Product Team and shape solutions to help
agriculture grow more food with less. We care about solving ambitious problems with feet planted firmly in reality. We

You’ll join our small, but growing, Product Team. We’re a hard working group of product designers, product managers,
and data scientists. We focus on delivering quality, beneficial products and solutions to our customers through the

systems for the sugar, ethanol, corn, soybean, cotton and citrus industries.

What you’ll be doing
Creating great user experiences for mobile, tablet, web, and custom hardware
Listening frequently to customers to create a strong understanding of customer problems
Explaining and promoting the value of the solutions you design
Working with product managers, marketers, developers, and fellow designers to support a culture of
efficacy and collaboration
Ensuring designs are consistent, user-friendly, intuitive, and beneficial
What you should have (required qualifications)
Strong design skills (both UI and UX)
Listening and communication skills
Ability to prioritize competing goals
Strong attention to detail with a parallel understanding of where projects fit into the big picture
Nice to haves
Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and After Effects (in that order)
Capable of acting as a Product Manager as needed
Ability to sketch freehand
Understanding of accessible design
Knowledge of web technologies, mobile technologies, databases, and/or machine learning
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
