Overview

The Bee Corp is looking for a Head of Growth to work with the CEO to accelerate business development and sales initiatives, manage and coach sales staff, optimize outreach strategies and generate new partnership opportunities. This role will also work closely with the Director of Operations to improve customer outcomes and streamline product delivery and support. Beekeeping, data science, and infrared knowledge are not required. Candidate should be self-motivated, able to work independently and on teams, manage time and priorities across multiple projects, and communicate complex ideas with other employees. This job will be fully remote, though ability to travel is a requirement.

Position Responsibilities:

·        Manage sales team and optimize outreach strategy

·        Forecast sales growth, develop targets and refine KPIs

·        Generate new sales and partnership opportunities

·        Negotiate agreements with corporate partners

·        Integrate sales and marketing strategies and coordinate marketing initiatives

·        Travel for customer visits

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor or master’s degree in Business or a related field

·        Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales management or similar role

·        Experience and interest working for a startup is preferred

·        Experience in agriculture technology sales is preferred
