Description

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Areas of accounting include:

  • Cost accounting
  • Plant accounting, reporting and analytical responsibilities
  • Sales revenue accounting, including trade fund spending and analysis
  • Fixed asset accounting, including sales tax and property tax
  • General accounting, including bank reconciliations, month end close, journal entries, account analysis, and budgeting
  • Credit evaluation

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (Advanced degree and/or certification preferred)
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office
  • Showcase experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Prior work experience preferred (does not need to be related to college major)
  • 1-2 years of prior experience required

  • Responsible for monitoring, record keeping and taking appropriate actions for specific Food Safety Plan and Food Quality Plan and pre requisite program requirements
