- Timely and accurate processing of ingoing and outgoing payments
- Provide flexible support to the team
- Role:
- Part-time to full-time role (20-40 hours a week). If not 40, very likely expanding to full time over 6-12 months.
- Bookkeeping & Cash Management Functions –
- Close Books,
- Reimburse, Pay Bills, Invoice & Collect, Review & Reconcile expenses
- HR Admin – File Gov. Required Items and Wage Reports & Tax Withholdings
- Vendor Mgmt – Setup, Documents, Communication
- Travel & Event Mgmt
- Office Mgmt – Mail
- Misc – General team support

- Role- Specific Experience:
- 2-4 years of bookkeeping experience
- 2-4 years of technical administrative experience
- Bonus:
- HR experience, start-up experience, ag-experience

- ASAP
- Location: Remington, IN with Flexible Hybrid Schedule. In Office 2-4 days/wk.
- Compensation / Benefits
- $20-24/hr or similar salary based on market, experience & skill.
