Corteva Agriscience LLC is seeking a full-time Quantitative Research Analyst at our offices in Wilmington, Delaware. The Quantitative Research Analyst will conduct research in quantitative equity strategies and portfolio construction ideas.


This position requires a Master’s degree or equivalent in Financial Mathematics, or a related field and 5 years related experience conducting empirical research in equities with large financial datasets. Must also have 12 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) applying inferential statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict future stock market return; (2) applying AI (Natural Language Processing algorithms) to analyze the sentiment of financial statements; (3) conducting extensive statistic/econometric modeling and back-tests; (4) researching and constructing the portfolio optimization including volatility weighting, minimum variance weighting, PCA and risk parity; and (5) utilizing the following tools and technologies: Compustat, Worldscope, IBES, Market QA, Factset, Barra Risk Model data, SAS, MATLAB, R C/C++, Fortran.
