Overview

SUMMARY: This person will passionately and professionally create, manage, and execute marketing activities that generate awareness and drive results for Keystone Cooperative. They will be the lead developer for all content and manage campaigns from start to finish across our four divisions.  They must provide metrics/ROI on marketing campaigns and help with the hand-off to the sales team on potential leads.   Assisting other marketing team members with traditional marketing needs will be an additional responsibility, as well.

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption for Keystone Cooperative products and services
  • Collaborates across all four divisions and acts as a liaison to understand key initiatives to develop messaging, positioning, and go-to-marketing strategies
  • Analyzes, tracks and shares results of campaigns to ensure sales execution can take place
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop enablement tools, training materials, and programs to support  sales initiatives
  • Acts as a team player working collaboratively with the marketing team and other members within Keystone to build a culture of a high performing team
  • Work In partnership with suppliers on joint marketing and co-branding efforts
  • Prepares design work by gathering information, materials, and resources
  • Collaborates on creation and upkeep of marketing and editorial calendar
  • Works in partnership with creative services team to develop artwork within brand standards for various marketing pieces including newsletters, brochures, sell sheets, ads, decals, signs, mailers, etc
  • Works with marketing team on marketing department functions including press releases, sponsorships, promotions, advertising, and scholarship programs
  • Edits, proofreads, fact-checks, and coordinates production of a variety of corporate and marketing communications materials
  • Maintains marketing knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional associations
  • Communicates with Keystone locations and divisions using a customer service approach
  • Communicates and builds relationships with related local community organizations (i.e. 4-H, FFA)
  • Maintains a high level of initiative and ability to work well collaboratively and independently
  • Understands and supports marketing strategy and Keystone goals plus changes in these strategies and goals over time

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in marketing and/or communications or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Agricultural background or education preferred
  • FAA Part 107 commercial drone license or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and highly self-motivated
