Overview

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and manages the Advertising inbox and marketing requests.
  • Ensures marketing projects are delivered efficiently and timely.
  • Assists with Field social media onboarding and page setup.
  • Assists with day-to-day social media requests.
  • Manages Canva Templates for Agency Owners, Marketing Activities Specialists, and Agents.
  • Monitors for compliance on social media pages and marketing materials.
  • Trains Field employees on Social Media use and dos/don’ts.
  • Surveys and listens to agents and assists with applying the feedback given.
  • Builds relationships with the field employees.
  • Provides storefront support.
  • Provides direct mail and email marketing support.

 

Knowledge and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications or Graphic Design or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience producing content for social media and digital channels.
  • Basic knowledge of digital and social media content production and publishing.
  • Effective utilization of computer systems including Canva.
  • Familiarity with Hootsuite, Trello, or Formstack.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, sometimes in high stress and deadline situations.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
