Come join our team in the role of Crop Protection Marketing Program Manager! The Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing programs that drive growth and engagement for Corteva Agriscience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Program Development: Collaborate on designing and developing marketing programs that align with business objectives and drive customer engagement.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product management, and external vendors, to ensure successful program implementation.
- Data Analysis: Analyze program performance data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for marketing programs.
- Budget Management: Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
What You’ll Need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing program management or a related role.
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the agriculture or agribusiness industry.
- Knowledge of crop protection and specialties business
- Experience working with external vendors and managing vendor relationships.
