Advanced Agrilytics seeks a Marketing Director to lead our efforts on brand building, designing, and implementing regional marketing and sales promotion programs. Qualified candidates must have strong project management skills, high results orientation, a cross-functional collaboration mindset and excellent communication skills.


  • Position Advanced Agrilytics as a market leader and trusted partner in agronomy services and sustainable agriculture
  • Build and optimize the Marketing function along with the Marketing Manager and agency/contractor relationships
  • Develop, own, and define our winning marketing strategy, brand position, and guide the execution of the plan
  • Develop and own the overall marketing program including tools, process, systems, appropriate to our size and plans to scale
  • Build and nurture a robust target list
  • Develop and implement customer feedback opportunities through market research, customer peer groups, and new product advisory teams
  • Work to build out lead generation funnel including events, webinars, email, SEO, SEM
  • Understand Advanced Agrilytics technical product offerings, project pipeline and business strategy to develop and align our marketing strategy and pricing structure to support current and future business needs
  • Work with Executive Leadership and Area Business Managers to design and implement regional marketing plans to address the needs of each region to meet their business growth objectives
  • Work closely with Sales team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them appropriate tools, marketing materials
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure recruitment and onboarding materials are consistent with brand strategy
  • Understand the competitive landscape through industry knowledge, market research, and other tools to define and inform the product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
  • Work closely with the Training Leader and other trainers to ensure consistency of message and leverage of materials across functions
  • Develop and implement the overall brand building and awareness efforts for the organization including, but not limited to, the development of the social media footprint and communications strategy
  • Lead the team on our brand voice, goals, our impact, and our vision
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of the marketing spend including measurement of ROI and assessment of the effectiveness of marketing programs
  • Develop a yearly budget for the marketing team and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing spend
  • Manage the key messaging strategy for corporate as well as each business line
  • Provide support for executive-level communications as needed


  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, public relations, business or a related field
  • Experience in the Agriculture industry required
  • 10+ years relevant experience leading marketing departments including people management and leadership
  • Experience in services marketing or marketing in a digital industry preferred
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills including giving and receiving feedback
  • Positive attitude and a team player
