Description
Indiana Farm Bureau, Inc., Indiana’s largest nonprofit farm organization, seeks a summer legal intern to work 40 hours a week (May-August).
The primary focus will be agricultural law, nonprofit corporate law, and regulatory issues affecting farmers. The position offers an opportunity to interact with governmental agencies, industry groups, and businesses and individuals related to production agriculture. Other opportunities will arise as well.
- Coursework or experience in environmental, land use, nonprofit, administrative, estate planning, secured transactions, property, or local government law is preferred.
- An agricultural background is preferred.
- A 2L is preferred.
- Excellent research and writing skills are required.
