Inari is building out its information systems and technology functions and is seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of essential IS&T systems. In this fast-paced environment, you will work closely with Sr. IS&T Manager to build out and scale up the support function. The IS&T Support and Endpoint Manager will manage our current team of two (and future) IT Support Analysts staff and provide hands-on support for IT processes and systems across our global operations in Cambridge, Ghent, Belgium, and West Lafayette IN with ~180 team members. Our preferred location for this role is West Lafayette, IN.


  • Act as first point-of-contact for the support team, monitor and triage infrastructure, services, applications, desktop/laptop deployment, and support
  • Oversee and maintain Inari’s help desk ticketing and asset management system
  • Lead the coordination for new hire IT set-ups and replacement equipment using MDM systems (JAMF – MAC and Intune – Windows)
  • Oversee user management and SSO (OKTA), LDAP, and RADIUS systems
  • Monitor the compliance of Inari’s document retention and security policies through reporting, enforcement, and training
  • Work with Lab Operations and LIMS Managers to coordinate lab system set-ups and ongoing maintenance
  • Ensure all computers are monitored and up-to-date with patches and the latest software
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and coordinate equipment purchase requests
  • Partner with Sr. IS&T Managing to track spending and maintain budget
  • Help develop company-wide onboarding and offboarding workflows as related to IS&T
  • Identify & recommend solutions to enhance the client experience, availability, & staff efficiencies, coordinated closely with global IT/IS&T needs
  • Collaborate with Documenting and Training Specialist to provide local training & support on key IT/IS&T applications, including creating self-service & training materials for staff & clients
  • Build and maintain dashboard monitoring systems and report regularly on  protection status for all endpoints
  • Ensure proper conditions for all data equipment & computer rooms
  • Manage conference systems, and connected equipment
  • Foresee issues & gaps, identify solutions & work comfortably with leading-edge products
  • Communicate with Sr. IS&T Manager on operational status and updates


  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in an IT/IS&T support role which focused on desktop & network support
  • Expertise with Windows 7 (& above) Apple OS X, iOS, Office MS 365,  Google Suites, & Adobe Suite/Creative Cloud
  • Strong experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems (JAMF and Intune)
  • Experience working in a laboratory setting and interacting with scientists
  • Experience working with/in AWS and other online systems
  • Strong communication (written & verbal)
  • Ability to plan and manage resources for successful execution

  • Experience working in Agriculture and/or Biotech
  • Experience working with laboratory equipment & maintaining laboratory IS&T systems
  • Knowledge of online project management tools (Wrike, Trello, etc…)
  • Knowledge of online graphics tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc…)
  • Knowledge of video conferencing hardware and/or digital signage (Google Meet, Logitech Rally, AppleTV) & SmartTVs
