Overview
Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitates strategic plan execution via the 5-year roadmap on an annual and on-going basis.
- Assists with planning, coordination, and documentation of sessions to develop, vet, and coordinate roadmap items.
- Provides support for annual plan execution via lead measure and EPIC work.
- Facilitates and contributes directly to the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) priority work, as determined by the Risk Committee and Executive Director.
- Facilitates the entity-wide use of Lockpath as a governance, risk, and compliance software solution.
- Provides support for the annual preparation and filing of the Company’s Own Risk Solvency Assessment (ORSA) Report with the Indiana Department of Insurance (IDOI). This includes, but is not limited to, working with identified risk owners to establish and document worst and plausible case scenarios, prevention and response mitigation controls, metrics and inherent risk scores.
Knowledge and Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in business, risk management, or other related work.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, data-intuition, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in data analytics techniques.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in extraction and analysis of data.
- Initiative and judgment in making decisions within the scope of assigned authority; and the ability to substantiate these decisions.
- Experience facilitating team sessions and presenting team recommendations.
