Job Title: Agricultural Technology Intern (Summer 2024)
Join Beck’s Hybrids as an intern and contribute to the future of agronomy practices for farmers. We are seeking a candidate passionate about technology, robotics, and agriculture. As an intern, you’ll be responsible for operating robotics to collect an image library of crops, unlocking groundbreaking insights for the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Generate an extensive image library of crops using specialized equipment.
- Contribute to the development and troubleshooting of cutting-edge agricultural technology in the beta stage.
- Independently problem-solve in the field to ensure quality data collection.
- Collaborate with the Beck’s Innovation Projects team on various initiatives.
- Demonstrate a self-starting attitude, working with minimal direction.
Qualifications:
- Interest in computer vision, robotics, and agricultural technology.
- Some agricultural experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in field conditions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs.
- On-site presence in Atlanta, IN required.
