Global Talent Development Associate

 

Your Role: The Global Talent Development Associate is assists in the development and execution of talent development programs, including coordinating training logistics and assisting with the administration of learning management systems.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of talent development programs
  • Collaborate with team members to support training needs and organize content that supports employee development and performance improvement
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and materials preparation.
  • Support the administration of learning management systems (LMS), including user management, content uploading, and reporting.
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection and analysis.
  • Provide administrative support to the Global Talent Development team as needed
  • Oversee Global Talent Management budget processes, including collaboration with team members to gather and compile budgetary information

 

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent level of experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in budget management/administration
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for talent development and a desire to contribute to the professional growth of others.

 

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Prior experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
