The Field Sales Marketing Coordinator role is responsible for the overall daily planning, directing, administration, organizing, scheduling, and implementing of the marketing support for the organization’s field sales team. This position is responsible for developing and teaching different marketing tools, programs and strategies to field sales employees and dealers that impact the customer. This position is authorized to perform the steps necessary to ensure the responsibilities are met.
We are open to applicants living in states throughout the Mid-West or Mid-South as this is a remote based role. Regular travel to Indiana for training and team meetings, in addition to traveling throughout the sales territory to build relationships with field sales employees and dealers is expected. Specific territory coverage will be determined based on candidate’s location.

Responsibilities
- Develop field sales marketing plans, materials, execution, and implementation for the sales team.
- Build relationships with the field sales team and dealer network to develop and create marketing tools, as well as gain quality marketing insight.
- Serve as a liaison between the field sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborate across the marketing team to create and execute field sales marketing strategies.
- Evaluate and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives by monitoring key metrics.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Marketing Digital Storefront and provide user support to field sales team when required.
- Collaborate on duties, presentations, and organization of materials as they relate to field sales marketing meetings and projects.
- Assist with the organization and execution of sales blitzes when necessary.
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with creative team, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
- Organize and maintain all files associated with assigned responsibilities.
- Prioritize incoming tasks and requests from the field sales team and communicate those to the marketing team.
- Keeping up-to-date on industry trends and compelling marketing ideas.
- Perform other related duties as may be required by the Field Sales Marketing Lead.
Job Requirements
1. Education and training:
- Bachelor’s Degree in area of Marketing Communications, Agriculture or other related field.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record as determined by Beck’s automobile insurance policy.
2. Technical knowledge:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the sales process and selling techniques.
- Possess positive attitude and actions
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, work as a team member, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Project management, reporting research results, understanding the customer, process improvement, initiative, planning
- Extensive computer and software skills (Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite)
3. Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a marketing, communications or agricultural sales related field.
4. Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted on occasion.
5. Travel:
- Overnight travel is required visiting various dealers and sales team meetings, as well as industry trade shows and company events.
