Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implements, administers, and configures Windows OS, VDI, SCCM, Microsoft 365, Intune, and/or Printing.
  • Identifies support patterns for all endpoint support tasks.
  • Leverages automation to supplant tedious administration tasks.
  • Provides tier three support across the enterprise for issues related to endpoint technology and applications.
  • Ensures all client requests and operational problems are updated/resolved within a timely manner.
  • Creates, reviews, and updates troubleshooting and knowledge base information for both end users and lower Tier support.


Knowledge and Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of Endpoint Support experience.
  • 4 years of Microsoft 365/Azure Cloud Management, SCCM, or Virtual Desktop Administration experience.
  • MS certifications (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Security Administrator, Enterprise Administrator, Security Administrator, Azure Administrator), or other Entra/Azure VDI/Citrix/SCCM relevant technical certifications desired. Candidates must be capable of obtaining such certifications at the request of management.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Windows, Office, Exchange/Outlook, client/server application support, Microsoft Active Directory, LAN/WAN, and mainframe systems.
  • Proven experience in process automation, scripting, and system integration and strong experience in device and software management toolsets.
  • Highly skilled in analyzing, identifying, and documenting new technical solutions.
  • Strong experience in leading projects, including proficiency in identifying tasks, roadmaps, and schedules.
  • Effective at mentoring and cross-training in the individual area of expertise.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and/or certification required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business partners.
  • Ability to effectively train end users and lower support tiers.
  • Ability to identify and learn new technology and skills without explicit guidance.
  • Possesses a solution driven mindset.
