We have an exciting opportunity for an Enablement Leader on our Farming Solutions & Digital (FS&D) team at either our Indianapolis IN or Johnston IA site.
The Farming Solutions & Digital (FS&D) team is responsible to develop and deliver solutions that drive innovation and turn data into insights. As a member of the FS&D team, the Enablement Leader will play a crucial role leading initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and understanding of FS&D’s strategic focus areas. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating content that aligns with our organizational goals and values. They will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the messaging is consistent, impactful, and tailored to the needs of different audiences. They will also be tasked with continuously measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of their campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine their approach and achieve optimal outcomes. This position demands a dynamic individual who can translate complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives, fostering collaboration and mutual support within the organization while promoting FS&D’s objectives to broad internal and external audiences.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop a thorough understanding of short- and long-term department goals and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain solid partnerships with stakeholders to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate awareness and understanding of strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration and mutual support.
- Develop, direct, and support targeted messaging and content campaigns that reinforce FS&D’s strategic focus areas internally, driving awareness, adoption, and facilitating change management through clear and impactful content.
- Drive creation of visual content to effectively convey the impact of innovative technical concepts, like AI, internally and externally.
- Research and understand key business challenges, customer behavior, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors that impact programs within the department, using insights to inform strategy and execution.
- Create content such as core positioning documents, slide decks and executive talking points and execute plans that illustrate FS&D priorities and initiatives to external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
- Contribute to and support content creation for executive and board-level messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with FS&D team members to understand their initiatives and develop strategic plans, tactics, and materials that bring their initiatives to life, ensuring coherence and consistency across all efforts.
- Employ both forward-looking and reactive strategic thinking and decision-making, adapting plans and approaches based on evolving circumstances and feedback.
Qualifications
Education:
- A Bachelors degree is required.
What Skills You Need:
- 7+ years of professional experience developing and guiding content creation and campaigns for internal and external audiences.
- Strong track record working with technical content, including scientific and/or digital technology.
- Proven track record of designing and driving completion of projects while working collaboratively with multiple partners including senior leaders.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative.
- Demonstrated success in effectively managing a wide variety of projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to solve problems and determine the most effective ways to convey messages, ensuring clarity and precision in all deliverables.
