Strategic Foodservice Division Direction

  • Develop Strategic Foodservice Growth Plans that exceed Company Sales Goals
  • Create Annual Key Initiatives that serve as a roadmap to Case Sales Growth
  • Budgeting / Forecasting / Demand Planning / Inventory Management

Foodservice Sales Management

  •  Provide direction to the National Sales Directors and Regional Sales Managers
  • Provide management direction for the Foodservice Broker Network

Foodservice Corporate Distributor Direction

  • Oversee all National, and Super Regional Distributor HQs
  • Provide direction to Red Gold Sales Managers for each Corporate Distributor
  • Determine Pricing and Profitability
  • Maximize Trade Spending Programs

Foodservice Buying Group Direction

  • Provide direction to Red Gold Sales Managers for largest Buying Groups
  • Determine Pricing and Profitability

Non-Commercial Sales Support

  • Ensure the execution of Strategic Growth Plans of Non-Commercial Sales Team
  • Ensure that the Foodservice Broker Network complies with Key Initiatives

Contract Management Companies (Aramark, Sodexo, Compass) Support

  • Determine Pricing and Profitability
  • Insure the execution of Key Initiatives by Sales Teams and Foodservice Brokers

National Restaurant Chain Accounts Direction

  • Determine Pricing and Profitability
  • Insure the execution of Annual Sales Growth Plans by Chain Account Sales Team

Corporate Sponsorships

  • Provide direction to Corporate Sponsorship Team activities
  • Manage sponsorship budget allocations, spending, etc.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • 4 year degree – B.S. or B.A. Degree in Business / Marketing, MBA strongly preferred but not required
  • 10+ years sales management experience
  • 5+ years supervisory experience
  •  Extensive knowledge of Foodservice industry
  • Well tuned marketing and financial fundamentals-Sophisticated P&L leader
  • Computer Proficient – Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, CRM
