Position Overview

This position is responsible for supporting projects, processes, and programs for an assigned business group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a basic understanding of the assigned group’s processes, procedures, and systems
  • Perform data entry and general systems administration
  • Create and review spreadsheets, reports, statements or other related documentation

What is expected of you and others at this level

  • Minimal job-related experience
  • Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
  • Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy
  • Works with either close supervision, or under clearly defined procedures

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 0-2 years’ relevant experience required

We are hiring a Communication Intern for Summer 2022! This is an exciting opportunity to learn about corporate communication and media relations as well as many other aspects of our business.

Position Overview

This position is responsible for supporting projects, processes, and programs for an assigned business group or services area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and/or publish content on a variety of external and internal vehicles: message monitors, bulletin board posters, newsletters, presentations, emails, web, social media, press releases
  • Assist with team meetings and company events, such as town halls

What is expected of you and others at this level

  • Develop a basic understanding of the assigned group or area’s processes, procedures, and systems
  • Acquire basic skills to perform routine tasks
  • Work within established procedure with a moderate degree of supervision

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

  • Pursuing a four-year degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related major
  • Completion of two years of relevant coursework
  • Demonstrated communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft and Adobe products
  • Self-starter; highly motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Graphic design skills or social media experience a plus
