Overview

SUMMARY:

This position will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our communications & public relations efforts by providing support to these efforts. This role will assist in various tasks, including organization of community investment efforts and tracking results, coordination or internal and external messaging and content management to ensure we’re communicating effectively across all channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

  • Content Management: Gather, write, post and organize content for the The Hub, internal information drive
  • Keynotes, Internal Announcements: Derive content, write and disseminate Keynotes, Keystone’s internal newsletter as well as all internal bios, introductions, corporate announcements
  • Media Coordination: Write all external press releases, send to media, keep updated on website
  • Scholarships: Own scholarship program to build culture and community investment
  • Community Investment: Manage all tracking, mapping of community investment while also writing & tracking grant statuses and availability to ensure Keystone’s dollars are maximized across all opportunities
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies and coordinate replenishment.  Coordinate the online promo and clothing stores.
  • Event Logistics: Assist in the planning and execution of events, including company events, trade shows, and conferences by coordinating logistics, managing registrations, and helping prepare event materials.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liase with outside vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and handle administrative tasks related to vendor contracts and payments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as HR, customer service, IT, to support integrated efforts and ensure overall alignment with goals.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; or a combination of education and/or experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Marketing software/tools (e.g. CRM, AgVend, etc).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment
