Overview

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Beck’s, you’ll be a key player in transforming data into powerful insights that drive smart decisions and sustainable growth. You will cultivate meaningful relationships across the entire business to gain perspective, grow strategy, and harvest success. Your role goes beyond reports, you’ll spark innovation, lead data-driven improvements, and directly influence strategic direction. Whether it’s enhancing performance metrics, forecasting outcomes, or supporting cross-functional initiatives, your work will be critical to helping Beck’s operate more efficiently and competitively.
This position will be on-site in Atlanta, IN.

Responsibilities

  • Dive into complex data from multiple systems to uncover insights that drive smarter, faster decisions.
  • Use SQL, Excel, Python, AI, and other tools to extract, analyze, and visualize data that fuels strategic thinking.
  • Become a thought leader in AI and how it can be utilized to enhance current processes or add new value to the company.
  • Build dynamic dashboards and high-impact tools that bring performance trends to life and guide key actions.
  • Develop and refine forecasting tools—both financial and operational—to predict outcomes and model scenarios with confidence.
  • Analyze customer behavior and sales trends to unlock growth opportunities and boost engagement.
  • Collaborate across departments to design automated, scalable solutions that improve processes and outcomes.
  • Bridge business teams and technology, turning ideas into data-driven realities.
  • Partner with leaders to identify cost-saving and performance-boosting opportunities—and help implement them.
  • Tell compelling stories with data through sharp visuals, crisp reporting, and confident presentations.
  • Help teams define, track, and crush goals that align with Beck’s priorities.
  • Evaluate high-impact projects with ROI and payback analyses and jump into ad hoc challenges as they arise.
  • Join strategic initiatives, contribute to cross-functional workshops, and help shape the future of the business.
  • Operate with an insatiable appetite to learn and act to feed that need through new relationships.
  • Travel occasionally to collaborate with teammates and partners in the field.

Job Requirements

Education and training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record as determined by Beck’s automobile insurance policy.

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or Python for data extraction, analysis, and visualization.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and time series forecasting techniques.
  • Experience in presenting and visualizing data in an intuitive, stakeholder-friendly manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently or as a team member, and carry out objectives with minimal supervision.

Experience:

  • Interest in agriculture, but previous experience in the industry is not required
  • 3+ year history of interacting with a wide array of business operations which has developed a high business acumen.
  • Ability to understand financial and sales data, identify actionable insights, and communicate findings clearly and accurately.
