Business Development Coordinator

Essential Job Duties:

• Strategize with firm lawyers and lobbyists to create innovative, precise, and strategic pitch materials
• Develop, implement, and manage systems and processes to gather, track, measure, report on, and strategize around results of business development initiatives; provide advice and guidance to lawyers and lobbyists regarding the effectiveness of business development initiatives and efforts
• Develop, draft, organize, and maintain practice group marketing collateral and experience content, including practice group descriptions, brochures, matter lists, and website content
• Coordinate conference sponsorships and speaking engagements with practice group members and subsequent marketing and strategic follow-ups
• Collaborate with Practice Group Directors and business development colleagues to strategize new initiatives for the assigned practice groups

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-3 years of marketing, business development, or communications experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Advanced PowerPoint and Word skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good problem solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Must be able to perform all essential duties
