Overview

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager at our Indianapolis facility, local producers of Reddi-wip, Parkay, Blue Bonnet, and more, you will provide Human Resources support with recruitment and retention, staffing and orientation, employee relations and training while assisting in the coordination of human resource planning plans.

 

How Will You Affect our Business?

  • Provide daily business HR partnership and consultation for assigned functional team and functional leadership.
  • Provide coaching and advice to management on ways to administer HR programs and manage and resolve complex employee issues.
  • Lead the implementation of approved employee relations’ practices, providing technical assistance to functional leadership.
  • Lead overall organization of Human Resource programs such as EEO, unemployment, litigation, retention, termination, turnover, and severance issues
  • Partner with HR peers, HR centers of excellence and other business support departments including Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and Legal on our needs.
  • Implement approved programs and policies to ensure enhancement and acceptance of diversity and proper EEO/AAP legal compliance.
  • Facilitate, in partnership with our staffing organization and partners, recruitment pipeline for current openings, candidate selection and future talent needs.
  • Design and implement ad hoc reporting, conducts analysis and draws conclusions that aide in making decisions.

 

Do You Have What it Takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related degree
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources
  • Combination of education and experience in lieu of education only requirements
  • Recruiting experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience with daily and weekly payroll reconciliation and processing
  • Demonstrated experience with ERISA, EEOC and DOL regulations, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, and management skills
  • Demonstrated experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development
  • Experience with Workday, UKG or other HRIS

Compensation:

Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
