The Advisor Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in ensuring success for our channel of Advisors across North America. They coach and enable Advisors to deliver exceptional service to growers, resulting in customer satisfaction, renewal, and expansion. Advisor CSMs are knowledgeable about precision agronomy and passionate about helping advisors build a strong business. They love interacting with customers, solving problems and evangelizing the benefits of digital tools in agriculture.

What do we expect from you?

  • Establish yourself as the trusted Advisor CSM for 40-60 agencies in your sales area
  • Master our Granular Agronomy software tools, product offerings, pricing, and services
  • Catalyze existing customer retention and expansion, contributing to digital adoption and revenue growth goals in your area
  • Enable advisors in various growth stages to deliver more value to their end customers through strategic guidance and product knowledge
  • Partner with the Education team to onboard new advisors and deliver seasonal and new product training
  • Act as an internal advocate for advisors, sharing feedback and ideas with leadership, product, sales, CS, and marketing teams
  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time

  • Collaboratively deliver results in a fast-paced environment with teammates who are passionate about serving our customers!
  • Join five Advisor Customer Success Managers representing each of our U.S. digital areas
  • Contribute to your Area Team that includes 5-10 digital reps from sales and CS to execute our program for your customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Education, Support teams to help improve our customers’ experience
  • Opportunities to grow will include positions in CS, Sales, GTM, or management as we scale our impact to more customers


What we Expect from You?

  • Bachelor’s degree in agronomy preferred with precision ag or agriculture consulting experience required. Master degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in customer-facing role with technology company or agricultural vendor/service provider. Customer Success Manager experience and/or channel experience is a plus
  • Resides in Iowa, Kansas, or Missouri or nearby state
  • Passionate about agtech and helping customers adopt digital tools
  • Adaptable team player that thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Goal-oriented, motivated by metrics
  • Outgoing, outspoken with an ability to build strong relationships
  • Effectively communicates complex information
  • Organized, analytical, comfortable with details
  • Proficient in Google Apps, Microsoft 365, and customer-facing software like Salesforce, Zendesk
