Description
Position Summary:
Provide support with the implementation of business cash management products, mobile banking, and digital banking products and services we provide to our current customers and potential new customers.
Duties:
- Assist in developing and maintaining competitive intelligence regarding other financial institution’s digital banking products and services
- Assist in coordinating with training staff to develop an enterprise-wide understanding of business, cash management, and digital banking products our financial institution offers
- Assist in providing business cash management and digital banking information to update SharePoint, Brochures, and sales sheets
- Provide assistance to customers in explanation of cash management, mobile, and digital banking products
- Assist with setup and changes to digital banking product
- Provide telephone support for staff and customers concerning digital banking products along with ACH transactions
- Review digital banking applications and changes made by bank customers
- Process digital banking transactions (bill pay, ACH, and transfers)
- Pull daily reports for digital banking ACH processing
- Process eStatement requests and changes made by bank customers through digital banking
Requirements
Relationships/Qualifications:
- Responsible to AVP Digital Banking Supervisor & ACH Officer for all duties assigned
- Position requirements include:
a. At least 3 years banking experience preferred
b. Strong sales and people skills
c. Strong verbal and written communication skills
d. Manage time effectively
e. Be able to work flexible hours
Working Conditions:
