Indiana Farmers Insurance is currently looking for a highly motivated Agency Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, will understand Property & Casualty Insurance coverages, and will be computer savvy.
This position works directly with assigned agencies to promote Indiana Farmers by developing and implementing sales, profitable growth and retention plans, as well as training agents on our products, processes and technology. This position is an internal sales position that will work collaboratively with Field Sales Managers and underwriters to achieve desirable results, in support of our vision.

Qualifications and Responsibilities for the Agency Sales Representative:
- API, CIC or CPCU designation, or working towards
- Three years of related experience, including knowledge of agency business/technology and applicable regulations
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance products and rating technologies
- Proven sales and marketing skills
- Coordinating and providing quotes, advising agents on recommended coverages and presenting proposals to prospective clients
- Ability and desire to effectively utilize company systems, computer software, digital/social media, including webinar technologies
- College degree, preferred
- Effective oral and written communication
