JOB DESCRIPTION
Java House is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and take charge of optimizing our digital presence. This role focuses on leveraging digital, social, and eCommerce channels. We currently sell our offerings on Amazon, Walmart, JavaHouse.com as well as other direct to consumer platforms. This role will lead in driving sales revenue while helping manage our comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
eCommerce Channel Growth
- Drive traffic and revenue growth across eCommerce platforms
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to eCommerce, including listing optimization, enhanced brand content, and performance advertising.
- Analyze sales data, rankings, and ROI from eCommerce channels, implement continuous improvement.
Digital Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Execute integrated digital campaigns spanning SEO, PPC, email marketing, content, and social media.
- Create and implement paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Sponsored Products.
- Conduct keyword research and develop compelling content to increase website traffic and conversions.
Audience Engagement and Brand Advocacy
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, affiliates, and brand advocates to amplify awareness.
- Develop targeted email campaigns, segment lists effectively and refine strategies to improve open and click-through rates.
- Engage with online communities and manage social media presence to foster meaningful interactions.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for sales, conversions, and customer engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, emails, and landing pages to improve outcomes.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, ensuring strategies are innovative and competitive.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven focus on eCommerce.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Success driving sales through Amazon, direct-to-consumer websites, and other eCommerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
- Proven track record of leveraging digital and social channels to drive revenue and achieve KPIs.
- Excellent initiative and follow-through, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
