As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will complete:

  • Agency Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Help track and analyze key business metrics for Agency Owners
  • Compile and present ROI and performance statistics
  • Help create monthly business performance dashboards
  • Documentation & Process Management
  • Assist with maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Agency Owner program
  • Assist with creating Agency Owner-specific workflows and best practices
  • Assist with updating and standardizing existing business documentation
  • Assist with writing internal program procedures and document critical business functions
  • Program Support
  • Assist with analyzing distribution models
  • Help monitor benefit enrollment and utilization
  • Decision board management
  • Project Support
  • Assist with Training Hub design and build out in SharePoint
  • Assist with S Drive clean up and file management in SharePoint
  • Special Projects
  • Gather Agency Owner testimonials to use for Direct to Agency Owner recruiting
  • Market/industry/competitor research

We are looking for students majoring in Business, Marketing, Risk Management & Insurance, or Social Media and Digital Marketing.
